Yes, we provide free samples for quality evaluation. Customers only need to pay the express shipping cost. Sample preparation usually takes 3-5 working days, depending on the product type and sample requirements.
Can you support private label customization?
Yes, we offer complete private label customization. Customers can customize product size, absorption capacity, raw material structure, backsheet printing, frontal tape, packaging design, carton marks, and loading plans. Our team can support the full process from concept to finished goods.
Can I start with a trial order?
Yes. For ready-to-ship products, we support lower MOQ trial orders. For OEM orders, the MOQ is usually 100,000 pcs per size or one container. We can recommend a suitable order plan based on your target market and sales channel.
What is the production lead time?
For the first OEM order, the lead time is usually 30-45 days after deposit and artwork confirmation. For repeat orders, production can usually be completed within 15-25 days. Stock items are available for faster shipment.
Can I mix different sizes or products in one container?
Yes. We can suggest suitable size ratios based on your country, sales channel, and customer demand. For baby diapers, one container can usually mix 3-4 sizes to help you cover more market needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and ****** Trade Assurance. The regular payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against B/L copy.
